Industrial titanium wire is a core material solution for demanding environments. The chemical, power, and offshore industries are subjected to the harsh challenges of severe corrosion, high temperature, high pressure, and complex media for long periods of time. Traditional materials, such as stainless steel and copper alloy, are highly susceptible to corrosion failure, resulting in shortened equipment life, soaring maintenance costs, and even potential safety hazards.
The industrial titanium wire produced by our facility has become a revolutionary material to break the bottleneck in the industry due to its super corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, and long service life, helping enterprises to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve sustainable development.
High plasticity, cost-effective and preferred, suitable for most chemical and seawater environments.
Strength > 900MPa. Ideal for deep-sea high-pressure and high-stress parts.
Titanium-palladium alloy wire, resistant to concentrated hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid, specially designed for strong acid working conditions.
Dense oxide film TiO2 on the surface automatically repairs, resisting scouring corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. In strong acids (concentration ≤ 40%), high-temperature alkaline solutions, and chloride ions (Cl-) environments, the annual corrosion rate is <0.01mm, lasting 10 times longer than stainless steel.
Withstands temperature ranges from -250°C to 600°C. Suitable for high-temperature reactor linings and heat exchanger coils. Tensile strength ≥800MPa (Gr5), performing excellently in high-pressure pipe seals and valve springs.
Density is only 57% of stainless steel, which greatly reduces equipment load, support structure costs, and improves heat exchange efficiency.
| Equipment / Parts | Titanium Wire Applications | Support for the Project |
|---|---|---|
| Chemical reaction vessel | Braided anti-corrosion filters, stirrer reinforcement wires | Reduces downtime due to corrosion; reduces annual maintenance costs by 50%. |
| Heat exchanger | Coil winding, tube sheet fixing wires | Increases heat transfer efficiency by 20%, extending service life to over 15 years. |
| Flue gas desulphurisation | Scrubber tower packing support wires, mist eliminator frame | Resistant to SO2, Cl- corrosion; equipment replacement cycle 3 times longer. |
| Electrolysis tank | Electrode connecting wires, membrane frame binding wires | Zero hydrogen embrittlement, ensuring stability of the electrolysis process. |
In high-salt seawater, microorganisms, and seabed sediments, the corrosion rate is almost 0. No additional coating protection is required. Completely solves "rust pollution" issues found in stainless steel.
Maintains high strength and toughness under high pressure at 6000m depths. Ideal for deep-sea exploration cables and ROV components.
Smooth, non-toxic surface inhibits algae and mussel adhesion, reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs.
| Equipment / Parts | Titanium Wire Applications | Support for the Project |
