The global titanium foil market is currently undergoing a transformative phase. Traditionally dominated by the aerospace and defense sectors, the demand for high-purity titanium foil has expanded rapidly into the renewable energy, hydrogen production, and high-end electronics industries. Titanium's exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and its peerless resistance to localized corrosion make it the "space metal" of choice for the 21st century.
Founded in 2001, ProX Metal is a high-tech enterprise specialising in the development, production and servicing of pure and alloy titanium materials. As a leading manufacturer of raw titanium materials, we focus on providing cost-effective, stable, high-end titanium materials applied in chemical, oil and gas, marine and electronics fields. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and hold 14 national patents.
Our commitment to Excellence, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) ensures that every roll of titanium foil leaving our facility meets the most stringent international standards including ASTM B265, AMS, and ISO.

Read full article →At ProX Metal, we understand that "Wholesale Titanium Foil" is more than just a commodity; it is a critical engineering material. Titanium's hexagonal close-packed (HCP) crystal structure at room temperature (alpha phase) provides its unique mechanical properties. By strategically alloying it with elements like Aluminum (an alpha stabilizer) or Vanadium (a beta stabilizer), we produce Grade 5 titanium that offers double the strength of pure titanium.
The manufacturing process of titanium foil involves multiple stages of vacuum melting, forging, and cold rolling. For ultra-thin foils used in the electronics industry, our facility employs high-precision Sendzimir mills. These mills allow us to achieve thicknesses as low as 0.005mm with tolerances measured in microns. After rolling, the foil undergoes bright annealing in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere to restore ductility without causing surface oxidation.
For chemical and maritime applications, we emphasize the use of Grade 7 and Grade 12 alloys. These "Lean Alloys" are specifically designed to resist crevice corrosion. Grade 7, containing 0.12% to 0.25% Palladium, is the most corrosion-resistant titanium alloy in the market, capable of handling reducing acids where pure titanium would fail. This level of technical expertise is why ProX Metal is a trusted partner for Fortune 500 companies in the oil, gas, and energy sectors.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is the backbone of our reliability. Every batch of titanium foil is accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) showing the exact chemical composition (Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon, and Iron levels) and mechanical properties (Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, and Elongation). This transparency is vital for our international clients in the UK, Korea, Mexico, and Turkey, who rely on our consistency to keep their production lines running smoothly.
