Seamless vs. Welded

Our thick wall tubes are primarily manufactured via Seamless Extrusion (ASTM B861) for high-pressure applications, ensuring no weak points in the structure. For larger diameters, we utilize Precision Welding (ASTM B862) with rigorous X-ray testing to guarantee weld integrity.

Grade GR7 & GR12

Specifically designed for extreme chemical corrosion. GR7 (Ti-Pd) offers superior resistance to reducing acids, while GR12 (Ti-Mo-Ni) provides high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in heat exchangers and brine applications.

GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) Strength

For structural and aerospace needs, our GR5 thick wall tubes offer high tensile strength and fatigue resistance. These are widely used in hydraulic systems and subsea pressure vessels where wall thickness must withstand thousands of PSI.
